Description:
The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and timber skidding and meadow-agricultural and hunting management, to be performed in the Połczyn Forest District in 2026. The scope of the subject of the order includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and meadow-agricultural management and hunting resulting from Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference ("SWZ"). The subject of the order is divided into 13 parts ("Packages"). A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the SWZ together with the annexes.
