Description:
The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood, seed, nursery and fencing of forest crops in the Poddębice Forest District in 2026.
The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, nursery and crop fencing. forestry, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Appendix No. 2 are estimates.
Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract, descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) and the description of the rules for the procedure for the acceptance of forest works are set out in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
