Description:
The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 530 - "Forest Act"), covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection , posesskiving and skidding of wood, as well as nursery, hunting and meadow-agricultural management, to be carried out in the Polanow Forest District in 2025
Package 1 - Żytnik Forest
The scope of activities listed in the appendices included in Annex No. 2 are estimates.
4) Quality standards orelating to all significant features of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (...).
5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
6) Description of the acceptance procedure rulesin forestry works was included in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.
7) (...) The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. The offer submitted for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of work provided for in the SWZ for this Package.
8) The place of implementation of the subject of the order will be the areaadministrative office of the Polanow Forest District and hunting districts no. 60, 61, 198 located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and 320, 321 located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
9) The implementation of the works included in the subject of the order for individual Packages will take place in the forestry area...
