- The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature protection, harvesting and skidding of wood, afforestation, secondary use, tourist development of the forest as well as nursery and forest seed management, to be carried out in the Radoszyce Forest District in 2026. The scope of the subject of the order includes the total number of works in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, nature protection, timber harvesting and skidding, afforestation, secondary use, tourist development of the forest and nursery and forest seed management resulting from Annexes No. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 to the SWZ. Subject scopes summarized in the annexes included in Annexes No. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 are estimates. Quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annexes No. 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 to the SWZ. Planned start and end date of the contract: 02/01/2026 31/12/2026
