- 1. The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood, forest nurseries, maintenance of forest facilities and hunting management in the area of LZD Siemianice in 2026 - 2027.
2. The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total number of works in the field of breeding
and forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, forest nursery, maintenance of forest facilities and hunting management resulting from Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. Material scopes are estimates.
3. Indicated in section 2 above, the estimated material scope for 2027 will be presented after the financial and economic plan is approved by Director of LZD Siemianice for 2027.
4. The description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 4a (Description of the technology for performing individual forest works related to harvesting and skidding of wood), 4b (Catalog time standards for forest works performed in forest management in LZD Siemianice), 4c (Catalogue of labor intensity of nursery works for ZUL in LZD Siemianice), 4d (Framework descriptions of activities included in the standards of nursery work activities) and 4e (Description of technologies for performing new fence... - Documents:
