Description:
The subject of the order are services in the field of forestry, meadow-agricultural and hunting management, as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on
forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 530) including work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as in the field of tourism and protection
nature, ecological education, maintenance of forest nursery and seed facilities, work related to soil preparation and work related to current
development and operation of the Game Breeding Center, planned for execution in the Spała Forest District in 2026. The scope of the subject of the order includes the total number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, as well as in the field of tourism, nature protection, ecological education, and facility maintenance forestry, nursery and seed production, soil preparation as well as works related to the current development and activities of OHZ resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order.
The scope of the subject matter of the order includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding as well as in the field of meadow, agricultural and hunting management resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which includes:
