Description:
The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, seed production and selection, production nursery, tourist development, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and mechanical timber harvesting with multi-operation machines, to be carried out in the Woziwoda Forest District in 2026.
The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total number of works the scope of forest breeding and protection, seed production and selection, nursery production, tourist development, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and mechanical timber harvesting with multi-operation machines resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Annex No. 2.1. planned size of works;
Annex No. 2.2.1. - detailed size of work by activity groups, activities and locations;
Annex No. 2.2.2. - valuation of the order value for individual works;
Annex No. 2.3.1. characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting;
Annex No. 2.3.2. sorting system of wood harvesting in forestry;
list of distances and conditions for skidding wood;
list of positions with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding;
