Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of all-day feeding services for patients of the Provincial Specialist Hospital. Maria Skłodowska-Curie in Zgierz, in accordance with:
1) the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2021, as amended) and
2) recommendationsof the Chief Sanitary Inspector and the Institute of Food and Nutrition, regarding food and nutrition standards applicable in closed mass catering establishments and the health quality of food, and
3) procedures of the Risk Analysis and Critical Points Control system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)) or ISO 22000.
The organization of the catering service will consist in preparing meals from self-secured products, distributing meals to departments, collecting, washing, disinfecting and sterilizing kitchen utensils, in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological regulations.emiological regulations applicable in medical entities.
Distribution of meals to the patient's bed will take place with the participation of the Ordering Party's employees.
The subject of the order includes in particular:
1) preparation of meals, taking into account diets and additives used in the nutrition of patients, taking into accountday of patient rotation and diet changes,
2) daily delivery and distribution of meals to hospital wards, only with the participation of own employees,
3) immediate collection, management or disposal of post-consumption leftovers
4) washing, disinfection and sterilization of transport containers...
