The subject of the order is the provision of full servicing or performing only technical inspections of medical equipment for a period of 24 months with the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 3.
