Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of funeral services for the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Gdynia as part of the implementation of the commune's own tasks of a mandatory nature pursuant to Art. 17 section 1 point 15 and art. 44 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended). d.). The services concern the burial of adults and children, stillborn children regardless of the duration of pregnancy, and human remains in the city of Gdynia, which will be provided in the traditional form (burial in a coffin) or in the form of cremation (urn burial).2. Funeral services should be performed with respect dignity of the deceased and their families and in accordance with the provisions set out in the Act of January 31, 1959 on cemeteries and burial of the dead, along with implementing acts. The funeral should be carried out in accordance with the denomination of the deceased person, and in the absence of knowledge about the denomination of the deceased, in accordance with the secular ceremony.3.
