Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive funeral services for the Social Welfare Center of the Rdmiecie District. prof. Andrzej Tymowski for people who died in the rdmiecie District of the Capital City of Warsaw, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (or from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2026 , if its conclusion takes place after January 1, 2026), pursuant to the provisions of: 1) the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance; 2) the Act of January 31, 1959 on cemeteries and burial of the dead and; 3) Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 27, 2007 on issuing permits and certificates for the transportation of human remains; 4) resolution LX/1840/2009 of the Council of the Capital City of Warsaw of August 27, 2009 on the principles of performing funerals and reimbursement of funeral costs carried out by the capital city. Warsaw (Journal of Laws of the Masovian Voivodeship of 2009, item 4339, as amended); 5) cemetery regulations, on which the vagina is made.2.
