The subject of the order is the provision of the service of arranging a maximum of 390 funerals of deceased persons in the Krakow Municipality, indicated by the Ordering Party, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028, in accordance with the Ordering Party's obligation under Art. 36 point 2 f of the Act of March 12, 2004 about social assistance. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the contract, the template of which is attached to SWZ.2. Order completion date: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028, including 130 funerals in the period from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2026 and after 130 funerals in 2027 and 2028. Deadline for performing the funeral service: up to 72 hours from the date of receipt of the order by the Ordering Party
