Description:
The subject of the order is group medical care of the Ordering Party's employees and their family members in the form of insurance during a period of 24 months. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. In this attachment, the Ordering Party will specify the required minimum terms of the order (obligatory) along with their contents. Important provisions of the contract are Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party reserves that the numbers of people covered by group medical care in the form of insurance are planned/estimated numbers and may change during the implementation of the contract according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. Made by The purchase of smaller quantities of packages by the Ordering Party will not result in the obligation to purchase them in the planned quantities, nor will it constitute a basis for the Contractor to pursue remuneration or claims for damages. Making a purchase in a smaller quantity will not result in the Ordering Party's obligation to pay The contractor will receive any remuneration for the unfulfilled scope of the order
