• Task No. 1:
  The date of provision of benefits: from the date of conclusion - 31.03.2027.
  The order will be made by 1 person
  Place of providing benefits: Cardiology Clinic - Clinical Electrophysiology Laboratory, Operating Block
  A detailed schedule of providing benefits covered by the order will be determined with the awarder.
  The maximum number of hours of providing benefits per month is: 120
  The maximum number of treatments per month is: 15
  The order includes:
  • performing RF ablation treatments as an operator or first assist;
  • Performing and interpretation as part of work in the clinic Cardiology of diagnostic tests of IPCZD patients: exercise tests, ECG test, ECG MET. Holter, electrophysiological examination, implantation and control of stimulators, cardioverters, defibrillators
  and re -synchronizing stimulators;
  • consultation, patient qualification and other work in as part of the tasks performed at the IPCZD cardiology clinic;
  • keeping medical records of patients in accordance with applicable regulations;
  • RF ablation treatments will be performed on additional dates, other than benefits settled at the hourly rate.
  • The recipient obliges the order to conduct scientific work, in accordance with the rules in IPCZD, whose results in the form of publications will be affiliated to IPCZD.
