Detailed scope of the contract
The subject of the contract is the provision of health services by a specialist in the field of child gastroenterology inthe scope of supervision and conducting the Diagnostic and Obesity Treatment Program for the patients of the "Monument- Children's Health Center"
• Working time: 5 days a week, max 400 patients' admission per month, according to the schedule set by the parties
• The order will be performed by 1 person
• benefitswill be granted within the date from the date of conclusion to 31/12/2026.functions written in the coordinator's tasks. The coordinator may replace a gastrologist/endocrinologist who receives patients and then receive in the program.
2. Preparation of new referrals - contact with various secretariats and receiving referrals for verification.
