Providing health services by a specialist in the scope of medical duty in the Cardiac Surgery Department for the patients of the "Monument- Children's Health Center", case number KO/CZD/76/24
Providing health services by specialist doctors in the scope of medical duty in the Cardiac Surgery Department for IPCZD patients.
• Contract duration: from the date of conclusion until 31/12/2026
• Place of provision of benefits: Cardiac Surgery Clinic
• A detailed schedule of providing benefits covered by the order will be agreed with the awarding party.
• Monthly number of benefits - max 150 hours
• The number of people necessary to perform the subject of the contract is 1
Range duties:
1. Informing a child's carers with his health, diagnostic and treatment plans, negotiations and treatment.
2. Preparation and issuing of medical orders regarding the drugs used, diagnostic tests and medicinal procedures.
3. Depinating diagnostic and therapeutic tests to the extent specified by the program of the specialization held, in the scope of qualifications.
4. Given the celebrations, consultations and medical consultations to establish diagnostic and treatment plans.
5. Cooperation with other teams: nurses, rehabilitators, dietitians in prevention and treatment.
6. Purchasing medical documentation to the extent specified by the provisions required by law.
