Description:
The procedure is conducted as an open tender, pursuant to Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The provisions of the Public Procurement Law apply to matters not regulated in the SWZ.
Pursuant to Art. 359 of the Public Procurement Law, when awarding contracts for social services, the provisions of the Act applicable to contracts shall apply classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds - if the value of the order expressed in PLN is equal to or exceeds the equivalent of EUR 750,000, with the possibility of excluding the application of selected provisions of the Public Procurement Act referred to in Art. 360 of this Act.
The Ordering Party in accordance with art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, informs that it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
1. Subject of the order there is a hotel and catering service for participants of two-day workshops on counteracting domestic violence.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the contract template, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
3.The law applicable herein order (including for the contract concluded as a result of this procedure and for the assessment of the legal effects of all documents in this order) is Polish law, taking into account European Union law.
