4.2.1 Part I of the order includes accommodation with breakfast for workshop participants from November 27 to November 30, 2025. 4.2.2 Additional requirements for the execution of the order regarding accommodation: 1) accommodation services for workshop participants (33 nights) Location: Facility accommodation should be located in Jelenia Gra, at a maximum distance of 2000 meters from the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e. from ul. 1 Maja 60 in Jelenia Grze.2) Food: breakfast should be served every day in the form of a buffet or a breakfast set. continental breakfast in the form of a buffet, including hot dishes (e.g. eggs, sausages), cold meats, cheese, cereals with milk, dairy products, vegetables, cold drinks (water and juices), hot drinks (coffee, tea plus sugar, lemon, milk) for each person staying overnight.3) breakfast must be served in the same building where the overnight stay takes place - without leaving outside the building.4) There must be a free parking lot for participants for at least 5 passenger cars next to the accommodation.5) Rooms should be made available no later than 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and vacated no later than 11.00...
