Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service called providing individual and family counseling, psychological support for children and adolescents, support groups for people in crisis and for parents/guardians of children and adults with disabilities according to the needs of the Project Participants as part of the project entitled Creation Social Services Center in the Michaw Commune. The implementation of the task includes the provision of services in the field of, among others: individual and family counseling, providing psychological support to children and adolescents, as well as running support groups for people in crisis and for parents and guardians of children and adults with disabilities in accordance with the needs of the Project Participants in the form of, for example, individual or group meetings/consultations as part of the task carried out in the above-mentioned project in the amount of 1,200 hours (estimated number of hours) during the project implementation period for approximately 160 people (according to the needs of the UP) in the scope including: - Counseling and support groups for adults and people with disabilities (ON) according to the needs of UP; - Training in functioning in everyday life: Assistance in acquiring skills needed for effective everyday functioning according to the needs of UP; - Train...
