- On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of inspection services along with maintenance activities and technical service of the heating station located at the office of the Office of Technical Inspection in Bydgoszcz (85-790), ul. Kamienna 76 Attachments to download/read: "Contract template" to be downloaded from the "Appendices" tab. Note: it is possible to read the documentation of the heating substation from 7.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. after contacting Ms. Anna Olkiewicz - phone no. 664 103 796.1. The contractor undertakes to carry out inspections together with maintenance activities and technical service of a three-function heating substation (CO+CWU+CT) supplied with heating water from the municipal network at the headquarters of the Office of the Office of Technical Inspection in Bydgoszcz at ul. Kamienna 76 (85-790 Bydgoszcz). 2. Inspections and maintenance activities devices of the heating substation will take place twice a year (before the start and after the end of the heating season, on a date depending on weather conditions, indicated by the Ordering Party via e-mail, i.e. a total of 4 inspections and maintenance activities during the validity period contracts and will cover the following scope of services: 1) checking the operation of pumps and weather regulator; 2) checking the condition of filters and cleaning or rinsing them; 3) checking the operation of control, measurement and regulation equipment; 4) checking the pressure in the heating installation; 5) checking ...
