Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of insurance services to tax administration chambers, the National Tax Information and the National School of Taxation. Pursuant to Art. 40 of the Public Procurement Law, the Tax Administration Chamber in Poznań was appointed by order of the Minister Finance of April 24, 2025 to conduct a public procurement procedure and to award a public contract for the provision of property insurance services, civil liability arising from business activities, consequences of accidents and insurance communications for tax administration chambers, the National Tax Information and the National School of Taxation (Journal of Laws of the Ministry of Finance of 2025, item 32) List of units participating in the proceedings: Tax Administration Chamber of Białystok, ul.
