Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to perform investor supervision over the implementation of the investment task entitled "Construction of a bus depot together with the accompanying infrastructure and construction of a hydrogen refueling station" (hereinafter: investment task or investment), which is implemented in the design and design formula build.
2. Supporting the supervision requires reading the tender documentation, based on which the general contractor of construction works was selected (including PFU with attachments and answers to contractors' questions during the tender procedure).
