Description:
The main scope of the order includes: Providing investor supervision services over the implementation of the task titled: Umbrella project - Delivery and installation of energy storage facilities for existing photovoltaic installations for residents. The order covers the provision of services in the period preceding the implementation of the investment, in during the investment implementation period and during the warranty and warranty period for defects, consisting in the coordination, management, control, supervision and settlement of installation and assembly works, including possible replacement and additional works. Installation and assembly works (delivery and assembly of energy storage units in the system design and build) will be implemented on the basis of a separate contract. The detailed scope of duties of the inspector/team of supervision inspectors is included in the draft contract (which will be separate for each Partner) and in the duties of the inspector/team of supervision inspectors, constituting an annex to the SWZ (published on the ordering party's BIP website). The main scope of construction works subject to investor supervision: design works and the delivery and installation of energy storage facilities for the needs of residential buildings of residents of the following communes: Brody, Mirzece, Obrazw, Oarw, Piekoszw...
