Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of IT services to the Center for Eastern Europe at the University of Warsaw for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract.2. Scope of services included in the subject of the order: a) Administration of computer hardware, including: servicing of computer hardware and peripheral devices such as: printers, modems, scanner, external memory devices, network installations and modernization of computer hardware.b) Installation, updating and configuration of computer software.a) Administration of computer networks, including a local network connecting computers at the disposal of SEW UW.b) Ensuring security of computer hardware and software by periodically checking the status of systems and anti-virus protection. c) Consultations on IT investments at the Ordering Party's headquarters. d) Consulting on the modernization of the existing hardware base. e) Periodic vulnerability scans in in the field of cybersecurity.f) Preparation of the CMDB register of maintained hardware and software within three months from the date of signing the contract.
