Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of IT services in the field of System Maintenance Services and System Development Services maintained in the IaaS model ("infrastructure as a service") in the MS Azure environment connected to the Ordering Party's internal network via a VPN channel, supporting process management the Ordering Party's own economy, consisting of the following components:
1.1MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 with an MS SQL Server database, Enterprise Edition, along with the implemented modules that were modified for the needs of the Ordering Party during the implementation of the System,
1.2 BizTalk data buses with Converter, ensuring integration with external systems,
1.3 Business Intelligence Reporting subsystem with MS SQL Server 2016 or newer database.
2. The subject of the order in the basic scope of System Maintenance Services is/are:
2.1 service of receiving Error Reports and Other Reports in the mode 24/7/365,
2.2 responding to Notifications in accordance with the times specified in Table No. 1 - SLA for Website Services in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement - Description of the Subject of the Order.,
2.3 resolving Requests in accordance with the times specified in Table No. 1 - SLA for the Website Services in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement - Description of the Subject orders,
2.4 assistance in making changes to the Software configuration and making such changes at the request of the Ordering Party,
2.5 maintaining and providing communication channels,
2.6 conducting or participating in communications with the software manufacturer in cooperation with the ordering party,
