• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the provision of laboratory testing services to the Ordering Party on working days from 3:00 p.m. on the day of delivery of the testing material to 7:00 a.m. on the following day and on public holidays, i.e. Saturdays, Sundays and welcomes. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ, which is its integral part 3. The actual order (in terms of the number and type of tests), due to the variable number of people, will result from the orders placed by the Ordering Party on a given day. A one-time order sent to the Contractor does not have to include all the items included in Annex No. 1A. The amounts of demand for laboratory testing services provided in the list of tests during the duration of the contract (12 months) are only estimates. Suy they will be used only to compare offers and select the most advantageous offer, as they approximately correspond to the structure of demand for the items of the order in such a period. This means that these amounts do not constitute the final size of the service order as a result which cannot constitute a basis for filing claims for unprovided services or a basis for refusing...
