- 1. Name of the order: Provision of LAN/SAN transmission channels between the NBP Headquarters and CIRF Radom. 2. The subject of the order is divided into two parts, which are described in Chapter. 4 of the Specification of Order Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ"). 3. Detailed description the subject of the order and the terms and conditions of the order execution are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "PPU") for each of the two parts of the order: 3.1. Annex No. 5A to SWZ - Part I - Providing LAN/SAN transmission channels in relationship NBP Headquarters - CIRF Radom - primary road; 3.2. Annex No. 5B to the SWZ - Part II - Providing LAN/SAN transmission channels in the relationship between the NBP Headquarters and CIRF Radom - backup route. 4. The Contractor may submit only one Offer - for one of the parts orders: Part I or Part II). Part I - Providing LAN/SAN transmission channels in the relationship NBP Headquarters - CIRF Radom - basic route 1. The subject of the order under Part I is: 1.1. Preparation of the technical design for the provision of the DWDM Service, including: with the transfer to the Ordering Party of copyrights to the technical design, derivative rights and ownership rights to copies of the technical design and the media(s) on which the technical design was recorded; 1.2.
