- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of residential services for residents in supported housing at the Social Support Center at ul. Ogrodowa 2a in Wabrzych, in accordance with Art. 53 section 5 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended) and 4 of the Regulation Minister of Family and Social Policy regarding training and supported housing of October 30, 2023 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2354). The ordering party orders a service consisting in the provision of living services in supported housing. Residential services consist in assistance in performing necessary activities in everyday life and social contacts, in order to maintain and develop a person's independence at the level of his or her psychophysical capabilities. As part of the minimum standard of services provided in sheltered supported accommodation, services are provided that include assistance in: 1) Carrying out necessary activities in everyday life regarding: a) moving around, b) maintaining personal hygiene, including care and personal hygiene of a resident who cannot do it on his own (including dressing, changing underwear and bed linen, pampers...
