The subject of the contract consists of a banking service consisting in granting a loan long -term in 2025 in the amount of PLN 13,400,000 (in words: thirteen million four hundred thousand PLN), including: to repay the previously taken liabilities from loans in the amount of PLN 4,300,000 and to finance the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 9,100,000.
1) the loan amount - PLN 13,400,000 (in words: thirteen million four hundred thousand PLN).
2) Loan use period: from the next day after signing the contract to 31.12.2025.
3) providing a loan: based on each disposal of the Staszow commune.
