Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services in the production mode of implemented elements of the National Educational Data System (KSDO), the development of the above system and the provision of additional services (information, service and special). The concept of maintenance services The contracting authority understands the general activities ensuring continuous operation of the system in the field of system administration, support of user support, monitoring the system operation, taking preventive actions and removing possible errors.
Development of the Employer understands in particular the creation new system functionalities as well as introducing changes in existing functionalities. Development may take place as a result of the need to adapt the system to the current legal status, but also orders of the Employer in terms of raising ergonomics, improve performance or create new functionality.
