- 1. The subject of the order are the services of the Operator of the Regional e-Health Platform, created as part of the Pomeranian e-Health project, under the order titled "Construction and implementation of domain systems, regional platform, GCPD and DR."
2. Detailed rules and technical parameters of the provision of services being the subject of the order are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
3. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to or describes the subject of the order by:
1) indication of trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor (in accordance with Article 99(5) of the Public Procurement Law), equivalent solutions are allowed for all these cases. In a situation where the Ordering Party has specified the permissible scope of equivalence in the content of the SWZ, When using equivalent solutions, within the limits allowed by the Employer in the SWZ, the Contractor must specify the scope of the equivalent solution used. If the Description of the Subject of the Order includes the names of materials, products or devices from specific manufacturers, they should be treated as such only as a definition of the desired standard and quality.
