- On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of maintenance and service services for electronic devices and security systems installed in the facility of the Office of Technical Inspection in Radom at ul. November 11, 29. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of carrying out the second stage of this procedure (negotiations). The official confirmation of the Ordering Party's willingness to complete the order is sending the order or signing the contract. On-site visit: Required on-site visit and familiarization with the characteristics of the devices after prior telephone arrangement (Daniel Stysiak, tel. 728 859 786). Maintenance dates: March and September in 2026, 2027 and 2028. The detailed scope is included in the Contract template and attachments - available for download from the Attachments tab. By submitting the offer, the contractor declares that he has read the requirements of the Ordering Party and accepts them. Social clauses: in accordance with the offer evaluation criterion "Social Clauses", the Tenderer will receive additional points (10 points) in the offer evaluation process if he meets one of the criteria: - runs a sole proprietorship and I will complete the order on my own, - direct a person employed under a full-time employment contract to complete the contract, - direct a disabled person employed full-time to complete the contract, - direct the order in question...
