Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the maintenance and service of electronic security systems installed in the building of the Office of Technical Inspection in Poznań at ul. Małeckiego 29 (60-705). Completion date: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 - The Ordering Party reserves the right to terminate the order earlier in the event of disposal or decommissioning of the facility. Detailed description of the subject of the order: 1. Service maintenance will be performed on the following dates: in the first half of 2026 and the next one in 6 months from the first maintenance inspection, i.e. a total of 2 maintenances during the duration of the order. Maintenance will be carried out in accordance with the equipment list and the scope of activities constituting Annex No. 1 to the request for quotation and the requirements specified in the current normative documents and manuals of individual devices;2. Performs ESZ service activities and takes required actions by team the Contractor's service center on all days of the week within no more than 4 hours from the notification via e-mail by the Ordering Party or by phone, each time confirmed by a work acceptance protocol signed by the persons responsible for the coordination and execution of the order.
