Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of Maintenance SAP Enterprise Support services for the Integrated SAP IT system used by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, in accordance with the conditions for the provision of SAP Enterprise Support services on the current terms set by SAPAg. In connection with the specificity of the subject of the contract, pursuant to art. 106 paraSAP or 2) certificate issued by SAP Polska Sp. z o. o. or SAP A.G. confirming that the contractor has the right to provide Enterprise Support service for SAP software, i.e. he has a partnership agreement with SAP A.G. or 3) the right to the website granted by SAP A.G. or SAP Polskasp.z.o.o.
