- 1. The Contractor shall be excluded from the contract award procedure in relation to which any of the circumstances indicated:
1) in Art. 108 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, subject to Art. 110 section 2 Pzp;
2) The Ordering Party does not provide additional grounds for exclusion referred to in Art. 109 section. 1 of the Public Procurement Law;
3) Art. 7 section 1 points 1-3 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1497, as amended) ;
4) art. 5k Regulation 833/2014 as amended by Regulation 2022/576 regarding restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine.
2. The Contractor will be excluded in the cases referred to in Art. 111 of the Public Procurement Law
3. Subjective means of evidence that are obliged to providein order to demonstrate the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings and the lack of grounds for exclusion of the Contractor (in response to the Ordering Party's request pursuant to Article 126(1) of the Public Procurement Law), whose offer was rated the highest:
1) information from the National Criminal Register in the scope of Art. 108 section 1 point1), 2) and 4) of the Public Procurement Law, prepared no earlier than 6 months before its submission,
2) the Contractor's declaration, within the scope of Art. 108 section 1 point 5) of the Public Procurement Law, on the lack of belonging to the same capital group, within the meaning of the Act of February 16, 2007 on competition and consumer protection (these... - Documents:
