Description:
Maintenance involves keeping electrical installations in buildings entrusted to the Contractor for maintenance in constant technical condition. The contractor is obliged to regularly carry out periodic inspections of public rooms, surroundings and other elements of the buildings, without delay determining threat states and securing buildings, surroundings and areas under the administration of the Administration. maintenance services concern electrical installations of common parts of the building, including: 1) all so-called installations lighting corridors, staircases, basements, attics, external lighting, power supply for the lift, hose, etc.2) WLZ (internal power lines) from the cable connector through the security panel, to final receptions for administrative installations, for tenant receptions to residential panels,3) connections balancing and lightning protection installations,4) power supply installations for park or street lighting stations and in buildings administered by ZGN/ADK5) measurements of electrical installations and lightning protection
