The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services, including minor repairs and troubleshooting in the facility of the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management located in Katowice at ul. Plebiscytowa 19 and rented rooms in buildings on the street Wita Stwosza 2 and at ul. Jagielloska 13 in Katowice.2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. Due to the organizational circumstances and needs of the Ordering Party resulting in the need to increase the services provided by the Contractor The Ordering Party may complete the subject of the contract under the order covered by the Option Right for a total of 300 man-hours.
