The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services, minor repairs, renovations and breakdown removal in the general construction industry, including, among others, bricklaying, plastering, painting, carpentry, carpentry, paving and other works in this industry in the area 1.2. By providing services maintenance, minor repairs, overhauls and breakdown removal in the scope of the general construction industry means technical maintenance of real estate covered by the order, owned by the Bielsko-Biaa Commune and managed by the Ordering Party, the Housing Management Company, as well as residential and commercial premises which are properties of the Commune that are located in buildings managed by housing communities (other managers), by performing the following scope of work: 1) performing minor repairs, renovations and ongoing maintenance of real estate (i.e. buildings, premises and external areas, access roads, parking lots, sidewalks, playgrounds, etc.) in the general construction industry, 2) troubleshooting and providing technical emergency services in the properties covered by the order, specified in the list constituting Annex No. 4a to the Specification, z...
