Description:
The subject of the order is: provision of service support for the Eskulap and Impuls IT systems.3. The scope of the subject of the order includes: a). Detailed description of the subject of the order, description required by the ordering party in the scope of implementation of the subject of the order, i.e. Appendix No. 2 to SWZ; b). Draft provisions of the contract, i.e. Annex No. 4 to SWZ.4. The contractor must have a valid document confirming ownership of the copyright to the Eskulap hospital IT system produced by Nexus Polska Sp. z o. o. and Impulse production of BPSC Sp. z o. o. or authorization of the owner of the copyright to the above-mentioned systems, which shows that the Contractor is authorized to provide maintenance services and to provide access services to new versions of the software. 5. All the requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 Public Procurement Law
