1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for: "Provision of railway maintenance services and transport sets produced by BECKER-WARKOP Sp. z o. o., FERRIT s.r.o., GRENEVIA S.A., SMT SCHARF Polska Sp. z o. o., DEVICES AND CONSTRUCTIONS S.A. for Branches of Polska Grupa Gornicza S.A. divided into tasks.
2. In multi-task procedures, the Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers. The scope and subject of individual tasks and information regarding the parts of the contract for which an offer can be submitted are specified in the SOPZ constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The submitted offer should cover the entire scope of the task indicated in Annex No. 1, 2a and 2c to the SWZ. Performer may submit an offer for any number of tasks.
3. In the proceedings aimed at concluding a framework agreement, the contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement/framework agreements for individual tasks with all contractors who submit offers that cannot be rejected.
4. In proceedings aimed at concluding a framework agreement the offer price will only be the value constituting the basis for the evaluation of offers in the implementation proceedings. The value of the framework agreement will be the amount that the ordering party intends to spend on the implementation of the order.
5. The contractor will specify the price of the offer, giving it in numerical form. The contractor enters the offered prices in accordance with the required fields of the Excel sheet provided by the Ordering Party.
6. The Contractor provides the offer price in Polish zlotys, accurate to the nearest penny.
