- The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services for the KAS videoconferencing system, including: 1) removal of Hardware and Software Failures; 2) updating the Software within 14 days from the date of notification by the Ordering Party; 3) diagnostics of the Hardware, Standard Software and Software in the scope correct operation of individual functionalities within the deadlines agreed with the Ordering Party, as part of a lump sum remuneration; 4) support in the ongoing operation and configuration of the Hardware and Software, in particular consultations on changes in the Hardware and Software configuration; 5) provision of the Service reporting.
