Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of marketing and consulting services consisting in promoting the investment and economic values of the Prusice Commune and stimulating economic activity in order to maintain current revenues and maximize revenues to the Commune budget, in particular due to tax on means of transport. The planned revenues from corporate transport tax will amount to a minimum of PLN 50,000,000 during the duration of the contract in 2026-2035.
2. The obligations of the Contractor selected as part of the proceedings are to undertake all possible permissible actions the law of activities affecting the effective maintenance of current revenues and increasing revenues from the means of transport tax from entrepreneurs from the first quarter of 2026 to the end of 2035, through:
1) stimulating the activity of entrepreneurs, in particular those running a business in the field of transport,
2) promotion of areas and investment values (including tax environment) of the Prusice Commune through:
a) participation in industry events, fairs, business meetings, activity on the Internet,
-reaching entrepreneurs through telephone and mailing campaigns, distribution of leaflets and marketing materials, placing information boards in locations with increased vehicle traffic and active activities in social media,
- cooperation in organizing events promoting the development of entrepreneurship in the Prusice Commune;
