- The subject of the order is to provide 31 participants of the Daily Care Home for the Elderly in Jała with a meal (two-course dinner, soup + main course) in the form of catering in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026 on working days from Monday to Friday at 13:15 - 13:30. Estimated number of meals during the duration of the contract: in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026: 7,843. However, the Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of the order at a minimum level of 3,542. The contractor must implement the order in accordance with the provisions of law, in particular the Act of August 25 2006 on food and nutrition safety, including the implementing regulations to this Act and the recommendations of the Chief Inspector of the Institute of Food and Nutrition on food and nutrition standards applicable in mass catering establishments and the quality of health food, including recommendations regarding: a) equipment (technical and sanitary condition of rooms and devices), b) personnel (qualifications and necessary medical examinations), c) the production cycle at its individual stages (compliance with sanitary and hygienic rules at each stage: prod...
