Description:
The subject of the order is: provision of medical care services for employees of the Institute of Energy of the National Research Institute, Gdask Branch and their family members in the scope of: 1.1. occupational medicine in accordance with the provisions of: Labor Code, Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of May 30, 1996 r on conducting medical examinations of employees, in the field of preventive health care for employees and medical certificates issued for the purposes provided for in the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, as amended), the Act on the occupational medicine service of June 27, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 437), psychological certificate, psychotechnical tests of drivers in accordance with the Act on vehicle drivers of January 5, 2011 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1212), in particular: carrying out preliminary, periodic and control tests provided for in the Labor Code. Detailed the description constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ;1.2. additional medical packages containing the services described in Annex 2 to the SWZ. Packages will be ordered by the Ordering Party according to the needs of its employees and on their individual needs wish.
