Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of medical services in the field of: 1) occupational medicine health services: a. preventive medical examinations (periodic and control) of employees of the IDEAS Research Institute and preliminary examinations of persons employed or transferred to positions where there are factors harmful to health or burdensome factors, along with the issuance of medical certificates confirming the lack of health contraindications to work or health contraindications to work at a specific job position, b. occupational risk assessment, c. health prevention, d. consultations and diagnostics in the field of occupational diseases, e. protective strain, f. therapeutic rehabilitation,2) additional health services, i.e. comprehensive, specialized medical care for employees of the IDEAS Research Institute provided as part of packages.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) along with the description additional medical services are included in Appendix No. 1 and 1A to the SWZ. The remaining terms of execution of the order include the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.
