The subject of the order are 24-hour medical services for persons brought by the Police to the place of examination, i.e.: a) 24-hour provision of medical services by the Contractor in the form of medical examinations of persons detained/taken, as provided for in Art. 15 section 5 of the Police Act and pursuant to Regulation of the Ministry of the Interior of September 13, 2012 on medical examinations of persons detained by the Police (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 516, as amended), as well as the Regulation of the Ministry of the Interior of June 4, 2012 on rooms intended for persons detained or brought for sobering up, transition rooms, temporary transition rooms and police children's wards, rules of stay in these rooms, rooms and chambers and the manner of dealing with image records from these rooms, rooms and chambers (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2672, as amended) along with the issuance of a medical certificate (according to templates consistent with with generally applicable regulations) about the lack or existence of contraindications to staying in a room for detained persons or persons brought in for sobering up, a transition room, a temporary transition room, a police children's ward, areszc...
