Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of medical services by the Contractor, who is an active (licensed to practice) doctor or feldsher, to intoxicated people brought to the Center for Support for Persons in Crisis in Wocawek, ul. Crooked Game 3B. The person providing medical services must have the qualifications and authorizations necessary to perform the order in accordance with Art. 5 of the Act of December 5, 1996 on the professions of doctor and dentist (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1287, as amended) or Art. 1 Act of July 20, 1950 on the profession of a medic (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1529). provision of medical services for the Support Center for People in Crisis in Wocawek on the terms set out in this specification of contract terms and in accordance with the Act on upbringing in sobriety and counteracting alcoholism of October 26, 1982 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2151) and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 8, 2014 on sober rooms and facilities indicated or established by a local government unit territorial (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2075.)
