Description:
The subject of the order are the following services: provision of medical services for the Wytrzewie Chamber in Zabrze at ul. Wolności 94, 41-800 Zabrze. The Contractor's obligations will include in particular: 1. Exercising 24-hour medical supervision over persons brought to the Wytrzewie Hospital by Police officers and guards City Guard, to the extent resulting from the Act of October 26, 1982 on upbringing in sobriety and counteracting alcoholism and the Regulation of the Minister of Health on sobering rooms and facilities indicated or established by a local government unit.2. Conducting detailed research medical assistance to people brought to the Warming Center (providing emergency assistance that can be used in the Warming Center).3. Immediately conducting a medical examination of the person brought in, including determining the state of intoxication, in order to issue an opinion justifying the admission or lack of justification for detention in the Wytrzewie Chamber.4. Ordering and providing necessary assistance during admission and performing hygienic and sanitary procedures 5. Referring patients of the Wytrzewie Chamber to a health care facility, after confirming the indication for hospitalization.6...
