Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of medical services in the field of occupational medicine and additional medical care for the Ordering Party's employees and their family members, within the scope of package medical services.2. The subject of the order includes preventive medical treatment in the field of occupational medicine for the Ordering Party's employees, attacks on job candidates and people undergoing internships, and an additional package of health services for the Ordering Party's employees and their families.3. The task in question is covered by option law. The option covers medical services scope of implementation:1) Individual Package (Scope II-V)2) Partnership Package (Scope II-V)3) Family Package (Scope II-V).3. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the Specification of Order Terms. This description should be read with possible changes to the content of the specifications, e.g. as a result of responses to contractors' inquiries.
