Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the provision of medical transport services for patients, using the contractor's means of transport together with a paramedic qualified to drive emergency vehicles, for MSCZ patients. The service in question will be provided for 12months, as follows: - 24 hours a day on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, holidays and weekdays at the Ordering Party's. Number of hours to complete the service: 8,760. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be carried out in accordance with the requirements regarding the means of road transport included in the Annex.3 to Order No. 179/2020/DSM of the President of the National Health Fund of November 12, 2020 on determining the conditions for concluding and implementing contracts such as emergency medical services. The Ordering Party requires that the equipment of the medical means of transport meets the minimum requirements for a basic medical rescue team.nego and was consistent with the currently applicable Polish Standards transferring European harmonized standards and with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, included in Annex No. 3 to Order No. 179/2020/DSM of the President of the National Health Fund of November 12, 2020 on determining the conditions for concluding and implementing contracts. ..
